A new Louisiana law requires students’ cell phones to be off and out-of-sight at all times on any school campus. Caddo Parish Schools and Northwood High School will follow the law and procedures put in place to support this law. Visible cell phones are no longer allowed on campus at Northwood High School or any Caddo Parish public school. Please see the law and procedures below for consequences of not following the new law.
