The time has come for the energetic class of 2018 to say their farewells to the beloved
Northwood High School, a place they called home for four years of their life. The students’
Highschool careers consisted of many sleepless nights, Friday football lights, and friendships
that were made that will last a lifetime. Highschool is filled with unique experiences these
seniors will always remember.
It’s hard to say goodbye to a place that created so many wonderful memories and for Hannah Campbell, leaving the nest will be very difficult. Hannah Campbell has always been a hardworking student throughout all four years that she attended Northwood. She committed herself to being involved in clubs and activities which include being a Varsity Cheer captain, Student Council parliamentarian, and a member of both National Honor Society and the FAME program. Hannah has received the Renaissance Scholar Award all 4 years, became Varsity Captain, and has attended LASC (Louisiana Association of
Student Councils). Her favorite teacher is Mrs. Galambos, who has guided/ taught her as well as having been her cheer sponsor. She will miss all the crazy memories that have been made in that class. The people she will miss most after graduation are her lunch table friends. This group has always supported her and have given encouragement as well as advice.
In the fall, Ms. Campbell will attend Natchitoches State University and will transform from a Falcon to a Demon. Hannah hopes to achieve her degree that will allow her to become a teacher. With much to look forward to, Hannah will be leaving her High School moments behind. She will never forget her favorite memory of cheering on the Falcon Football team as they battle
in the playoffs. Hannah’s words of advice to the underclassmen is that “senior year goes by fast, don’t waste it”. She encourages all her fellow seniors to achieve their goals and be successful in the careers. Hannah’s senior quote is inspiration to herself and other girls and is “She believed she could so she did”. Hannah Campbell has changed Northwood High but more importantly, being a falcon has changed Hannah. The future is bright for this demon. We wish her nothing but the best in
whatever she does. Hannah will be deeply missed as she leaves behind a family of teachers, staff, and friends. Goodluck Ms. Campbell!
